Just wanted to say "Thank You" for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo at DMBC!! We loved it and had a great time. Solana Beach is so amazing and we were the only people on it, so it was like having our own little private hideaway; and those sunsets were breathtaking!! The condo itself is decorated so beautifully; I don't know if you and your wife are the talented decorators, but it sure is awesome. I'm sure we'll be checking out available dates to rent from you again in the future.

The vacation was amazing. We loved the condo - and are telling our friends to save for next year so we can do it again! The place is beautiful, the beach is beautiful, the pool is great. Really perfect for families. Nice beds, nice sheets, nice kitchenware, and thankfully not the standard rental decoration of bad seascapey junk. Thanks so much!

Your condo is in a great location, with the view of the ocean and the empty lot beside. The kitchen is awesome too. The only complaint I have is that we're just here for 1 week! I must retire so we can spend a few months every winter down here. We love it. The Del Mar Beach Club was a lucky find.

The pictures don't justify how homelike the condo is. It is a very clean, warm and functioning home away from home. We will definitely be back.

We spent a week at the Ashton Beach Condo with our 4 kids and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed to keep us all happy. It is located in a perfect spot in order to see all of the sites that San Diego has to offer and of course, we loved being so close to the beach! We hope to visit again soon.

I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our vacation in California. The condo was the right size for us, in a great location, in great shape, furnished nicely, clean, was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances, etc. The Internet access is a great touch along with things like the Albertson's discount card, gas grill, etc.

Your place was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in Mission Beach before, but liked the change of pace of Solana Beach. We are so happy to be here! I run every morning and couldn't ask for a more perfect setting or weather. We ate at Bangkok Bay Thai restaurant around the corner last night and it was delicious! We are going to the zoo tomorrow and plan on packing in all the fun we can in the next two days! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends coming in February.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was perfect! We're considering possibly doing it again next summer. It is in a great location. We went to Legoland and the Wild Animal Park. We loved the beach down the street in Del Mar too.
