Rates for the condo vary by time of year. Discounts are available for stays from two weeks to six months, except during July and August. Weekly rates for 2010 are as follows:
January - March: $1600 per week
April - May: $1600-$2000 per week
June: $2200-$2600 per week
July: $3400 per week
August: $3200-$3400 per week
September & October: $1500 to $2100 per week ($2100 early Sept to $1500 mid/late Oct)
November & December: $1200 per week except holiday weeks ($2100 per week)
