The condo is available for long-term rentals.. Please check the calendar or email us for availability. Monthly rentals begin and end on a Saturday, and rates are as follows:
January or February: $3500
March or April: $4500
May - August: Request a quote (we are usually full with week to week rentals)
September through December: $5000
The condo is also available for more or less than a month at a time, and for mid-month periods (for example between Oct 21st and Nov 21st), at corresponding rates.
