Long-Term Rentals

The condo is available for long-term rentals for much of the year, if weekly guests have not already booked times. Please check the calendar or email us for availability. Monthly rentals begin and end on a Saturday, and rates are as follows:

• January or February: $3500
• March or April: $4500
• May - August: Request a quote
  
• September through December: $5000
  

The condo is also available for more or less than a month at a time, and for mid-month periods (for example between Oct 21st and Nov 21st), at corresponding rates.
