2010 Guest Rates

Rates for the condo vary by time of year. Discounts are available for stays from two weeks to six months, except during July and August. Weekly rates for 2010 include all taxes and fees and are as follows:
  • January - March: $1600 per week
  • April - May: $1600-$2000 per week
  • June: $2200-$2600 per week
  • July: $3400 per week
  • August: $3200 per week
  • September & October: $2100 (early Sept) to $1500 (mid/late Oct)
  • November & December: $1200 per week except holiday weeks ($1900 per week)
